OBITUARY

It is with great sadness we received the news of passing away of Mrs Arulmanidevi Vivekanandan today (16 Nov 2018) in Colombo, Sri Lanka. She is beloved wife of late Dr K Vivekanandan,Former Chief Technical Adviser FAO/UNDP of the United Nations. Former Chief of Forestry Research, Forest Dept, and Additional Conservator General of Forests, Forest Department, Colombo & loving daughter of late Dr and Mrs. P. Thambirajah Batticaloa/Karaitivu & Ever-loving mother of Sanjiv, Sydney, Australia, Rajiv, London, Sujeevan SriLanka, Varunika Harvard University, USA & mother-in-law of Charmala (Carla), (London) and grandfather of Ayrton, sister of Rajendra, Shanmugaretnam , Arutsothy GSO, Batticaloa) and late Sothirajah.
